A painful, tangled chain! Noooooo.

I bought two of these for gifts. They are cute enough for the price. MAJOR issue is that they came on a plastic card with earrings and necklace for presentation. Unlike what is customary, there was no tape to secure the chain to the back of the card. Therefore, BOTH of the chains from the gifts are a tangled, knotted mess. I will try to get them unknotted with a needle. But, this is a major oversight and inconvenience.. a shame and pain!
