Sterling Silver can oxidize when exposed to air which can cause a tarnish. Was in the market for a good sized cuban in a sterling silver finish, and this chain hit it out of the park. It's a nice, heavy cuban, with a beautiful shine to it. Got it for an absolute steal! Couldn't be happier with the purchase.
