Extremely Disappointed With Shipping Experience

I ordered a shirt for my husband as a Christmas gift on December 18, 2025. As of today, the tracking still shows “waiting for news from the carrier.” I’m honestly at a loss as to how a major retailer like Macy’s cannot get a courier—especially UPS—to pick up a small package in a reasonable amount of time. As a long‑time Macy’s customer, this experience is incredibly disappointing. I expected better communication, faster processing, and at the very least some indication that my order was moving. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect, and it has made me rethink future purchases.

Tracking stated I would receive Thurs Dec 18th, did NOT receive! Tracking stated it was here in Oxford, Mi but then in transit to Ohio ????? Saturday Dec 20 in transit to Detroit, Mi , Sun Dec 21 to Pontiac, Mi but now going back to Detroit?????? I ordered Dec 9, 2025 in plenty of time to receive package by Dec 20, 2025 which is when I needed it!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST.

Stylish, beautiful and comfortable!

This Cubavera shirt was scheduled to have a delayed delivery, and since it’s a gift I’m bringing with me to give in another state, I initiated a return, but it was delivered ahead of time and now I want to keep it since it’s a beautiful stylish shirt for my brother in law!
