Disappointed

I ordered this jewelry 2 weeks ago and they never shipped …it i called Costmer service last week asking to shipped it and they never did ..i closed with Macy's after 20 years of being. a customer I don't advise anyone to waste your time and money this is not professional they don't ship your jewelry on time.. i want my money back i never received my item
