Never received the bracelet but was charged for it

Ordered this bracelet in silver on 12-11-23. Received email it was shipped on 12-11-23. Received 2nd email it would be delivered on 12-13-23. Then yet another email it would be delayed and delivered on 12-20-23 via USPS. Macy's already charged me for the bracelet and I NEVER received it. It's now 12-21-23. Now what? Macy's you could & should do better.
