DO NOT BUY - IT’S JUNK

I purchased this item and the very first time I wore it , within the first hour, a stone fell out. I immediately contacted customer service. I was outside of the 30 day return window so they refused to do anything g to compensate me. They would not allow a return or replacement. Although this ring is beautiful, I expected it to last more than 1 hour for the price. I am very disappointed that Macy’s will not stand behind a product that bears their name as it is a Macy’s brand piece of jewelry.

Beautiful, but hard to wear.

I LOVE the ring. It is stunning. However, the first day I wore it, I lost two stones on the inside of the ring, the palm side. It would be more practical and comfortable to have no stones on the palm side of my hand. I made the mistake of wearing it to work. I am a teacher for older students so I did not think anything of it, but I still ended up losing a few stones. Still pretty enough to purchase at the discounted price, but wear it with caution.
