Simple and sweet

A sweet necklace for a girl or teenager who can't tell if something is fine jewelry. It's lackluster due to silver plate not being applied that great. The CZ's are sparkly, but very small so not much wow. Our little niece will think it's great. Was greatly discounted, so if she loses it as kids often do, no big loss.
