Broken upon receipt

One of the little balls on the end was detached from the bracelet and there is no way to reattach it. Tried contacting customer service because this item cannot be returned to the store and I don't feel I should have to pay return shipping for a damaged item. Haven't had any luck reaching customer service so far.

Love my bracelet
