Beautiful design but arrived severely damaged

These earrings are beautiful in design and look very elegant online, however unfortunately mine arrived severely damaged. The stones were smashed and the back clip/closure was completely flattened, as if the package had been crushed during shipping. This was a very disappointing experience, especially given the price. The earrings were not wearable upon arrival. I have contacted the seller and provided photos and am hoping for a resolution. I would recommend improving the packaging to better protect such delicate, high-value items during transit.
