Broken Bolo Bracelet

This item broke this first time it was tried on. When the bolo was adjusted to make smaller it broke with out nay undue pressure. It ws a gift to my 13 year old granddaughter and we were very disappointed. I am retuning it and hoping for a credit to my account.
