Long processing time

I ordered this fir my wife's birthday. Ordered on October 10th it still has not shipped. Not a good sign.

I never received the decoration

I did not receive this decoration due to an error made by the sender. And I didn’t get the money back either. It's a shame that a company like this doesn't keep track of issues like this. I kindly ask you to return it to my account
