Still waiting for the item

As of 12-10-25, I am still waiting to receive what looks like a wonderful item. Normally, I don't have issues with Macy's delivery service. However, when they use Door Dash, I don't get the items in a timely manner. The item was supposed to come on 12-7-25 and instead of coming into the lobby at 7am to deliver the item the driver took it back and every day I wait for it to be delivered. It was supposed to come each day after and now it's 12-10-25 and tracking says it won't come until 12-11-25. I wish Macy's would use a different delivery service or just sent it by postal mail, which then comes faster with no delays.

Cuddly Cuddl duds

I have purchased Cuddl Duds before. They are good quality, soft and warm and you just want to get on the couch and flip on a good flick and Cuddl down on the couch.
