Order not received and not credited back

I ordered these Cuddle Dud pj along with 2 other pj's on Dec 15. The delivery date was supposed to be Dec 20. On Dec 22 I called customer service & told them they haven't been delivered. CS told me they were delayed & should be delivered tomorrow. On Dec 24 I called cs again & they said they were supposed to be delivered by Door Dash, but Door Dash lost them. CS said they would credit my money back. I veiwed my credit card statement & there is no credit. I am disappointed with Macy's & how they choose Door Dash to deliver their merchandise & how Macy's hasn't credit me back. I have called cs & they said my request for credit is denied because one of the 3 pj's was delivered. I don’t know why they are not crediting the other 2 pj's that were not delivered. My Macy's account shows not delivered. Also cs shows not being delivered & they still can't give me my money back. I am not ordering from Macy's until I receive my money back.
