Cute shirt, smelled like cigarette smoke

The top is cute but more loungewear than street wear and not something I’d wear out of the house. But my issue isn’t really with the top itself but the condition it arrived in. It was very clear the shirt had been returned by someone else - the packaging wasn’t in great shape and the shirt had been stuffed into the torn cardboard holder. Worse, though, was that it smelled of cigarettes which is just gross. I expected better from Macy’s.
