Refurbished and placed to sell again

Online order to pick up in a store, premier location. no shame to travel totally refurbished and worned items. broken bags, smelly items, totally broken boxes with paper dust. Is this to me? Why? Was it so bed to Macys? What had happened ? why i was served so badly? so very many times? How come? Who would continue such a daily harassment? Why?

Non delivery of my order

I have been contacting Macys repeatedly about this order. All that has been done is a label was sent to UPS, but no merchandise has ever been sent. Macy's has not followed up on my calls, emails, or chats. Not pleased with the total lack of service or response!

Extensive pilling and shedding of this item

Received this beautiful Cudl Duds (Navy Top and Bottoms) as a Bday/Xmas gift. Tried it on…it shedded and pilled all over my body and my undergarments. These “fabric pill balls” ended up all over my floors/carpet, my couch (just wherever I sat), and all over my suede adidas shoes. It was all over the place! This was so embarrassing to wear… Defective or just poor quality?!?! What happened Cudl Duds? You were a trusted known quality brand, Cudl Duds…what happened? I still have many of your brand items since 2018…which I still have and wear. Has the quality of your fabric and workmanship diminished after 2020? Sorry but I have to return. Be forewarned of extensive pilling and shedding of this clothing item.

Good for cold winter evening

The pants and top are warm and comfortable for relaxing on a cold winter evening. The Oat Heather color is a good color choice.

Cozy!

Great quality, very comfortable and cozy. Washes well. However I do not put in dryer. I fluff & hang to further dry. I have found that some CuddlDuds run large.
