Perfect

I love this thing. It has worked perfectly, has plenty of room and is easy to clean. The only thing I would warn about is its height. At nearly 16" tall it didn't fit on the counter where I wanted to put it. Just had to move it somewhere else.

Excellent Performance, Wonky Panel

Coming from a Breville that lasted 3 years + 1 month, I have high hopes that I can get a bit more out of this one. But with a 3 year warranty, it will for sure be at least 3 years! The performance of this oven is stellar - it air fries fries, bakes biscuits, and toasts bagels very well. This despite the levels for the rack being at what I would consider to be odd levels. The instructions have it right - follow the book. My only real complaint is with the control panel, which takes some getting used to: The touch buttons are nice - easy to keep clean - but they work on release, not on touch. Threw me off at first. The ON is in the center and START at the far right. Should be the opposite. Both my spouse and I keep setting things...and then turning the unit off. The cooking functions cannot be selected directly - you have to step through them to get to the one you want. Worse, SOME settings are preserved from last use but not all. Should be all (preferred) or none (better than a mix). All-in-All it's a keeper. Loved the Breville, but it was expensive and didn't last. Hoping this one fares better.

All good but the pan, it heats quickly

Great minus one thing ! The pan that comes with it has a horrible finish! Hand wash only and the finish is already coming off . I don’t use the rough side of a sponge only use dawn dish soap nothing harsh . There is a learning curve when converting a standard oven recipe to this but it’s doable.

GREAT APPLIANCE

I haven't had this long & only used a few times, but I absolutely love this so far. I watched a video online on YouTube & they rated this as great, but they said it was loud. I have to say, this is very, very quiet compared to my last air fryer. I don't think it is loud at all. It seems to air fry a lot more quickly also. I can't say anything so far about the other functions as I have not used them all yet. I definitely feel like this was a very good purchase & it is a beautiful appliance to have on your counters.

Works well but less usable capacity than expected

We upgraded from the next size down. Both units perform very well. However, we purchased this unit for the added shelves/capacity. Unfortunately due to the height of each tray unless one contains a totally flat food like single layer fries, there is not much of a capacity improvement. VERY nice unit however.
