Very good machine

I haven’t tried all of the options yet. But, I’m really happy with a rye bread loaf with minimal effort. Replaced a years old unit by another manufacturer. Am very pleased with this unit.

Best Little Bread Machine

I am very happy with this bread machine. I got this on a recommendation from my daughter, as she is happy with hers. I had a bread machine from another company that always overbaked no matter what setting was set. So far, I have only made a few loaves and have been very happy with the bake. I have used the dough setting once and have been happy with that, also. This is easy to use and easy to clean. I like the viewing window on top.

Takes a little bit to get used to using the machine but so far the bread has been very good - reminds me of my mom’s bread when I was a kid.

Cuisinart Bread Maker

I received my Cuisinart bread maker as a gift and love the homemade bread it made for my family. We made the multi grain bread mix and the bread turned out very good and my family enjoys our homemade bread being made for them. The bread maker is quiet when it’s making the bread for us.

Love the new upgrades

Replacement for old Cuisinart bread maker. It has better settings, smoother and quieter function. I’ve mostly been using it to mix my sourdough bread and them allowing it to proof annd bake outside the bread maker. I have made a loaf of commercial yeast white bread and baked it inside the bread maker. Loaf rose all the way to the top and getting it out of the bread maker and out of the pan was a bit challenging. I will reassess yeast amounts in recipes. Loaf was baked beautifully despite it being such a large loaf. I am impressed with the new upgrades. I really wanted to love the automatic additives ie raisins nuts etc. it worked great once. After that the additives did not dispense. However I have made a lot of bread on the artisan setting for sourdough. I can’t remember if the automatic additive release must be on a different setting.
