Not my favorite.
I like Cuisinart coffee makers. However, this one is a little bulky. It rectangular shapes takes up more space than I anticipated. The hot water dispenser is okay, but the water is not as hot as I like.
Will definitely buy again!
Great coffee maker-the water level is easily seen because it is on the side-very convenient! The hot water feature is a nice bonus for brewing tea, instant oatmeal, or a cup of instant decaf! Makes great tasting coffee in a timely manner-I couldn’t be happier with this coffee maker! Possibly the best one I’ve ever owned! Will definitely buy again!

Wish they hadn't changed it
Really wish they hadn't changed the style of this type of maker. Had the model before but after years the hot water dispenser became noisy and wouldn't consistently work, that was our second one. They do last a long time though. New model - water dispenser is noisy and coffee maker is shaped different which takes up room on my counter depth. Coffee and water are both hot, but not really happy with this design.

Narrower & still makes Fabulous Coffee!
The design is more attractive than the past coffee makers. It’s great having the hot water option for tea, chocolate, oatmeal, soup, etc. it’s simple to set up & run. There are filters & a reusable one so you don’t need to purchase coffee filters unless you are lazy & just want to dump the whole filter out. These coffee makers just keep getting better!!

Coffee/ hot water pot
It’s working beautifully. The coffee tastes great and the water heats quickly. It was very easy to set up and it looks great on my coffee station.

The best coffee I’ve ever made!
When I heard that dreaded shatter in our kitchen, I knew my husband shattered the carafe for our CHW-12. It was a housewarming gift from my parents when I moved into my first place 9 years ago. Tempted to replace the carafe itself, my husband persuaded me to buy this one. And HOLY MAGIC BEAN JUICE!!!!! The BEST tasting coffee I’ve ever made at home! This take up less space than the old one, makes less noise, and the added features to clean and care for it?! Let’s just say I’ll be keeping this for the next 10+ years!!! Absolutely loved my old Cuisinart - love her upgraded new model even more!!!
