We've hesitated to purchase a coffeemaker for a few reasons however we decided this holiday season to go ahead and we're glad we did. This doesn't take up to my counter space and we love that we can get hot water - we're tea drinkers. Love the smell of brewed coffee and now we can enjoy it more often.

The Best Coffee of any brewing device
I have a collection of various coffeemakers including pour-over, moka-pot, automatic drip, percolator and others. This Cuisinart model makes the absolute best coffee of all of them. I have another drip maker that cost twice as much and is considered top of the line. But it pales in comparision to this Cuisinart. I love mornings as I prepare to savor the best coffee I've ever had from a home drip style coffeemaker.

Not brewing
My didn’t work since day one I opened for new year and surprise!!! It doesn’t work…

Horrible Horrible Experience! The Worst!
On Dec 7, 2025 I ordered this Cuisinart Coffee Pot for our Christmas family events. It said I would receive it within 7 - 10 days. Following the tracking information it kept saying the pot was on the way. After 10 days and several calls to Macys I was told it was on the way now being delivered on Dec 18th. Again No pot! After calling several more times and being told it is on the way as well as tracking saying its on the way, on Jan 11th when I called I was told it was lost way back on Dec 18th and they would give me a refund! NONONO! I used saved reward points and a coupon to buy this and no I do not want a refund. But after all this time why was I not notified it was lost? And why can Macys just sent another pot? This is a coffee pot not a diamond bracelet! I am angry as I know the pot exist as my sister purchased one from Walmart and received it in 5 days so how can you tell me Macys no longer has any in stock? No I do not want a refund just my pot! Poor customer relations!
Do not recommend
This is a replacement of a model no longer available. The coffee maker makes much noise as it finishes the brew cycle.

The Best Coffee Maker!
I love my new coffee maker! It works great so far! I got it for Christmas and I'm hoping it lasts a long time. I highly recommend it to all you coffee drinkers :)
