Great machine!

This is our 3rd machine in 10 years! We had the older models until they gave out from use. The main reason I love the Cusinart is because they have separate chambers for coffee and tea. Other models my tea tasted a bit like coffee. This new model is a bit slimmer because of the spout. We love our cusinart appliances. This works well heats the water quickly is easy to use and clean.

Excellent Coffee Maker!

Excellent coffee maker! The coffee and hot water systems are separate. Making hot chocolate, etc. is so much easier because I don’t have to use the microwave. Highly recommend! The price is very reasonable too.

Makes HOT coffee

This coffee maker makes hot coffee and keeps it hot. This coffee maker allows you to choose the temperature of the coffee- low, medium, or high and I always have it on high. We really don't use the hot water system

Hot water dispenser does not work

Bought this anticipating our company we recently had would love the hot water feature for tea. I didn’t try it before hand as it was a Cuisinart. We tried for 2 days and could never get any water out of it, although I use it daily for coffee. My return window is over, but I’m going to try anyways.
