Do not buy. First dealt with having to assist the final delivery of the last 10 seconds of popcorn being popped. Now, today, smoke came out. Shut it off. Now, does not work at all. Not even a year old. Throwing it out, and have ordered a Presto. All this drama for a popcorn machine from a great namebrand.

Easy to use. Pops the kernels well. Only one problem and that is the small kernels come out of the nachine before they are popped.

Fair at best. I expected much better from a good brand like Cuisinart and knowingly paid more for this unit compared to competitors due to their reputation for good products. Popper pops well but as the heat hopper fills with popped popcorn it jams at the top of the hopper and the popcorn remaining in the hopper below the jam burns if you dont catch it and un-jam it with a long spoon. This can be prevented by tipping the unit forward by propping it on a couple of pot holders. Seems an unacceptable work-around to get it to make popcorn as it is supposed to work.

I absolutely loved this air popper for the first three months. Everything popped quickly and I loved that it doesn’t use any oil. Unfortunately, now it only works about half of the time. The fan has seemed to diminish in strength and the popcorn gets stuck in the machine. Now, the last third of the popcorn gets burned if I don’t turn it off before it’s done and dump out what’s left. Maybe I got a lemon…

This electric air popcorn popper is the best! Easy to use and very few kernels left unpopped.
