Great Pizza Oven

I love how it cooks the pizza from below and it cooks so evenly. We had pizzas in less than 5 minutes and they were spectacular.

it's ok if you find a good price on it

this is a good entry level pizza oven. Had issues with the handle and door latch. Just installed a new handle sent by Cuisinart, so we'll see if it is a one-off issue with the handle received with the unit or it is a design/manufacture issue with the handle. The door latch had to be adjusted, which was a nuisance, but fixed the problem.

Broke on 2nd use-Not great customer service

The handle broke the second time I used it. Thankfully nobody was burnt, but it could have been bad. I reached out to customer service and they suggested I just exchange the unit. That wasn't an option because I didn't have the packaging (After it worked the first time fine I sent it out with the trash) and I do not want to drive an hour to my nearest store.

Don't waste your time and money like I did!

Never received the product. Customer service was not only a joke but a total nightmare. After almost 2 hours on the phone trying to get a replacement, it wasn't even worth continuing to fight to get my money back. I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from Macy's EVER.

Makes Great Pizza and So Much More!

This cooks more than pizza outside during the summer so we don’t have to heat up the house. I have cooked bacon, baguettes, bagels and can heat anything up quickly! Easy to set up and I look forward to taking it with us on camping trips.
