Worst ever
Don't bother. One slice, it heats up, and then you have to wait to toast anything else because the lever won't stay down. Of course, I'll get a "gee, our customers are SO important" reply to this review. Hey, I don't know....how about FIXING the issue instead of telling people you "value feedback"? Sure you do. That's why this issue hasn't been fixed.

Not very sturdy
We’ve had another Cuisinart toaster that lasted over 10 years and bought this as a replacement. It’s not nearly as well built as the previous one and toasting seems to take much longer.
