The Cuisinart Culinary Collection 2-Pc. Ceramic Nonstick Skillet Set should ideally offer easy food release and minimal sticking, especially when properly cared for. However, ceramic nonstick coatings can degrade quickly if:

Overheated (usually anything above medium-high heat), Washed in the dishwasher (even when marked dishwasher-safe), Used with metal utensils, or Cleaned with abrasive sponges or cleaners. Unfortunately, ceramic coatings tend to have a shorter lifespan compared to PTFE (Teflon-style) nonstick coatings, even with proper use.
