HORRIBLE!!!
By far the worst purchase I’ve ever made at Macys. Pans were non-stick for all of two weeks. Everything sticks now no matter how much oil/butter is in the pan. Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your money!!!!

The Cuisinart Culinary Collection 2-Pc. Ceramic Nonstick Skillet Set should ideally offer easy food release and minimal sticking, especially when properly cared for. However, ceramic nonstick coatings can degrade quickly if:
Overheated (usually anything above medium-high heat), Washed in the dishwasher (even when marked dishwasher-safe), Used with metal utensils, or Cleaned with abrasive sponges or cleaners. Unfortunately, ceramic coatings tend to have a shorter lifespan compared to PTFE (Teflon-style) nonstick coatings, even with proper use.

We really like these skillets!
We had tried some off-brand ceramic skillets and liked them but I didn't trust that they were really safe. These Cuisinart skillets are so much better! We know they are the safest skillets to use and they are quite easy to cook in. They are quite substantial but not so heavy that someone, like me, who has Arthritic hands, has a problem picking them up. And washing them is a breeze! I highly recommend them!
