Stopped heating after 14 months of weekly use.

It work for about 40 times, then the heating element failed.

Fantastic Yogurt Maker

Makes the best yogurt I have ever had. This is a second identical yogurt maker, so I can make double batches. The cooling function is the greatest. I can run an 8 hour fermentation cycle, and not worry that I need to be home when it completes. It switches to cooling automatically, until I do get home.

easy, much less expensive Greek yoghurt

Extremely easy to use; makes Greek yoghurt at about 1/6th the price of the packaged yoghurt. Made with organic, pasteurized milk, with starter (can be from the just-previous batch): I let it run the full 8 hours, then store the yoghurt at around 36° F (2° C) and it's good for more than a week.

Electronic Yogurt Maker with Auto Cooling

Works great except the finished product is too watery. To get a more firm yogurt, you have to strain it which is an extra step that's a bit annoying to have to go through.

Great machine (for the 3 months it worked)
