Italian grandma’s review

I got this food processor because I wanted to make my mother-in-law‘s Italian recipes. I have had a Cuisinart food processor for many years, but it was time for replacement. I am so impressed with how easy it is to make sweet pastry dough and focaccia dough. It is easy to clean and kneads dough so perfectly without a lot of effort on my part I am so pleased with this product.

Excellent Food Processor

This is a beautifully designed, heavy duty kitchen appliance. It performs extremely well for slicing, shredding and chopping. It is well-balanced, smooth running, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is when it is processing. It is very easy to clean and all components can be placed in the dishwasher. The two discs and their stem that come with the machine can be stored right inside the work bowl. I have experience working in commercial kitchens and take my home cooking seriously, I am very happy with this purchase!

One of my favorite appliances

Don't know what I would do without my 14-cup Cuisinart! 1st One 1985 during college days, etc. 2nd one in 2010, ground almonds for nut butter, and tons of veggies, dips, dressings, etc. 3rd one in 2025, still grinding almonds and fairly heavy food prep. LOVE my 14-cuppers - highly recommend!

Powerful and easy to clean

I bought the Cuisinart custom 14 cup food processor to replace an older Cuisinart model. While the older model still worked, it had a rubber gasket on the inside of the lid which collected small particles of food and was impossible to clean. I am much happier with this model since it is easy to clean and just as powerful.

A wonderful upgrade

I love my new 14 cup Cuisinart food processor. I bought it as a Christmas gift for myself to replace my 16 year old 11cup model even though it still works. The extra capacity really speeds up my food prep especially when I make dozens of potato latkes or large quantities of coleslaw or pizza dough. I use this machine every day even for small quantities of food with no loss of efficiency I was afraid it would be too large for my counter but it’s sleek design makes it a perfect fit and it looks even better than the 11 cup. The back locking lid took a little getting used to, but the on/off/pulse levers are a breeze to use and an improvement over the rubber buttons. Thank you Cuisinart for this wonderful tool.
