Rich Heritage of Shredding and Chopping
Been wanting a food processor ever since I moved out and didn't have my mom's to use; 20 years later, we've gotten one from the wedding registry and it is everything I dreamed of! Made guac on day one and used it to shred the chicken for buffalo chicken dip the next day. We're using it about once to twice a week for various chopping/blending/shredding parts of recipes. It really crushed for chili night last week when I made both a red and white chili. Used it for the onions, jalapeno, and garlic (each chili). Anyway, a version of the Cuisinart food processor has been in my life for as long as I've watched/helped my mom cook (at least 35 years) and it's so awesome to have my own now.

Need better instructions on how to assemble
My previous Cuisinart food processor is almost 25 years old and I loved it. But I need a new work bowl and there are no replacements now. So I ordered this new one and I’ve had to use YouTube to try and figure out how to assemble it. I cannot get the large pusher to push through the work bowl lid. The booklet that was included gives no assembly instructions!!! I spent entirely too much time trying to figure this out so I’ve returned it. I’m sooo disappointed because it has great reviews but please Cuisinart! Include assembly in your product manual.

Food Processor Made Easy
I've found this food processor easy to use. I read some people complained about putting the lid on, I had no problems you just need to line it up in the back turn and let it click into place. The first thing I made to test it out was my Blue-berry Lemon Energy Balls. Worked like a charm. It's a nice size as well in case you need to make larger batches without overloading.

It does it all!
When this arrived I almost immediately put it to work on a recipe that required every blade included. It was so easy, so fast and easy to clean. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good deal
I had to take it back because the devises that engage the motor wouldn’t work. It also was very heavy so I brought it back and brought another one in Macy’s although it’s an 11 cup Cuisinart and a bit lighter so y’all treated me well and the smaller processor worked stellar.
