Cuisinart Food processor
The delivery by UPS was SHAMEFUL!!!! The driver left the box on the curb. Next to my mailbox in the mud…..anyone could’ve stolen it! If you’re interested I have a photo that the delivery person took.

It's a sturdy, powerful processor. The only issue is that the cannot be taken out and still use the large shute. I assume this is a safety feature. A minor annoyance in an otherwise excellent product.

Power and ease of use in one piece!
Amazing power to chop or shred anything! We use it several times a week and it powers through anything we put in it. Effortlessly shreds cheese like nothing. Very user friendly and super easy to clean.

Still the best
Bought it to replace one that I had used for 40+ years. The motor was still good but can’t find replacement parts. Works beautifully like my old one. Really can’t go without without it

An even better design
My 33 year old 11 cup processor held up well, but it became costly to replace plastic parts that broke. This newer model comes with a second, sturdier cover and so far, the motor seems just fine.

Invaluable kitchen appliance
The Pro Custom 11 cup food processor performs beautifully and the instruction booklet is clear and the recipes are well written. The only things missing are the fork-like tool to clean the inside of the chopping blade (so useful for my old one) and a storage element for the discs (essential in my opinion).

Sent it right back
Disappointing, and being returned. The lid on the bowl wouldn't close properly, it felt like it would break apart if we tried harder, and when we started the motor it made a lot of rattley noise. I yearn for my old Cuisinart, and guess I'll start scouring eBay.

Ensuring the lid is aligned with the bowl tabs before locking, and checking that the work bowl and base are seated properly, is reccommended as misalignment can cause rattling.
