Love that Guacamole

I've owned this food processor for around 50 years. The motor runs like it's brand new. I've had to replace the plastic pieces on occasion. I have a few discs not mentioned here for french fries, julienne, 6mm. I'm on the website hoping I can get a new top with chute. My cleaning lady dropped it. I can still mix with the flat top. My favorite recipe to make is guacamole. I slice the onions & peppers through the chute. After slicing, put the grinder in & chop partially. Add peeled avocado chunks & seasonings to taste, including a little lime juice, salt, & epazote. My cleaning lady said it was "excelente".

Food Processor - repeat

My sister gave me a Cuisinart food processor (used) about 30 years ago. It performed valiantly for all this time. I have super-glued pieces of it back together many times but the plastic parts finally called it quits, so, I bought a new one! It's a workhorse.

Much better than by hand in every way

This is my first food processor so I don’t have anything to Compare It with except it works so Much better and faster than chopping by hand and turns out better chopped veggies too!

Commercial look but outstanding performance !

I’m a Cuisinart queen, this being my 3rd processor and the best model for my use. I make dog food and its powerful motor never bogs processing meats, frozen vegetables etc.

Good Quality, Not Ideal for Heavy Dough

It appears to be well made; however, when I used it to prepare dough, it didn’t seem powerful enough and stopped working, likely due to overload. It started working again after cooling down. For tasks other than heavy-duty uses like dough preparation, it should be more than sufficient.

Well made and easy to use Food Processor

Love this food processor! I had an older one that I purchased at a house sale. The new one is similar in design, but has a better plastic bowl than my old version (may be from the 1980s!). It is easy to use and easy to clean. I use it mostly for making hummus, pecan butter, and also for preparing fruit for canning (before I cook it), to make sauces. It is a joy to use. Very nice classic design.
