I bought the 8”, 10”, and 12” skillets with lids as a set a few weeks ago. I’ve cooked eggs (mixed with veggies and topped with cheese) every morning since then in the 8” skillet. Before using, I read several articles on how to use them to achieve best results and have been following the advice. I use medium heat and lower, everything cooks, nothing sticks, and cleanup is easy. I threw away all my old skillets!
