Yes, Butter can stick to a pan.
Very disappointed. They look great but the performance is terrible. Hot spots, everything sticks. Difficult to clean and maintain. I do not recommend.

Not happy! They don't cleanup very well. The insides don't clean up! I've tried both hand washing & dishwasher!! I thought Cuisinart would be much better!! I would not recommend buying them!!!
