We know ERR code works.....

Absolute rubbish.. First time we used to saute pre slowcook, ERR code within minutes, followed instructions to restart, and ERR code 3 more times. Packed up and sending back.

Using my new cuisinart

Just one little notice, even at lowest cook setting is a little. Otherwise awesome appliance. Have cooked many meals and cooking and clean up after is a breeze.

Love it, but can’t use it!

I have consistently had an issue with the START/STOP button and now, it will not turn the multicooker on! I have had this for a few years, but the issue has been ongoing from not long after I purchased the cooker. I LOVE it for many reasons, but am disappointed with my dilemma. ( Model/MSC-8000). Is there an option to send the unit in for repair?
