Works pretty well

I've been making pizzelles practically all my life and have literally worn out 3 machines already. My specialty is a light, thin pizzelle which requires a thin batter and a hot iron. I wish this one would stay a bit hotter, but it's working ok. I guess they just don't make them like my first one any more!

Cuisinart Pizzelle Press

The pizzelle press is very easy to use. The pizzelle dough does not stick to the hot plates. It heats up immediately to the desired temperature and yields pizzelles having the desired degree of browning. Very pleased with it.

Nice little press!

4 1/2* I like it pretty well, I had to replace very old (grammas) Pizzelle press which always made excellent pizzelles! Very thin, these not as thin and only 4", grammas was 5". But the end product tasted just as good, even thou little thicker was very crispy/crunchy which I love! Very easy to use, I prefer a little darker so just turned up heat. Not sure the light actually works as intended thou...I had to keep checking/opening since not familiar with this one yet, but had to do that with old one too. After all press cannot determine how dark you prefer, that's more of a manual check then once you get used to can sort of time it. But got for good price, overall smaller which is nice for storage, easy to clean and use. Good value for money, would def recommend!!
