Sharp Well Balanced Quality Set
These knives seem just as good as my daughter’s brand that are pricier and on most brides’ registry lists. The set itself does not include the steak knives, which I did not want, and consists of nine of the most useful pieces with the exception of the included carving fork which I would have preferred be another knife rather than the fork. A great starter set for a new household or a replacement set for someone who does not need steak knives.

Excellent set of knives!
Very nice knives. The handles and blades feel substantial and well made. These are nice and thick steel, not the thin flimsy blades of cheaper knives. The chef's knife came super sharp and has a great feel. Rocks for chopping very well. The only downside is the paring knife could be made less deep to make it more maneuverable. It is taller than most other brands I have used. The same height on the longer paring knife is fine and is a useful knife. The other knifes seem fine, but I don't use them much. They seem to hold a good edge, and are substantial enough to take many sharpenings. I highly recommend these knives for a lifetime set. If you wash by hand and dry before putting back in the block, have a good sharpener, these knives should last for decades.
