earrings broke after wearing the second time

I wore these earrings twice, and when removing them & placing the back on them to store, the post broke off of one of the earrings. Very disappointed. I can't return them because I wore them, however, they are defective.

Texture?

I did not like these earrings due to the texture of the hoops. Also they are very light and do not stay in place. The closure moves around your ear, placing it at the bottom, where the pearl should always be.
