Looks Like Dime Store Jewelry

I ordered this necklace in Sterling Sliver. What I received was NOT Sterling Sliver as indicated in the description on Macy's website. The necklace I received was 14K Gold-Plated Sterling Sliver. The chain looks like a cheap piece of dime store junk that has been worn and the gold plating worn off and discolored. In addition, apparently it had been purchased by someone else and returned because the tag attached to the chain has been cut in half and the price blacked out. It should have been thrown away rather than trying to pawn it off on someone else.
