Don’t Recommend

I bought this item for my daughter. She loved it and wore it everyday for a couple of months. Then she tells that the pearl fell off and gives it back to me. The pearl was not on the base anymore. It’s poor quality and craftsmanship. I don’t recommend. I also replaced the necklace that it came with it since it was very thin and I was afraid that it would break from wearing it over time.

Received wrong item

The necklace is beautiful for an understated bridal look. Unfortunately, I received the wrong necklace in the first shipment. A very nice CSR quickly had the correct item sent out and initiated a free return shipping label for the incorrect necklace. Luckily, the correct necklace came in time for the wedding.

Gold Twist cultured pearl pendant necklace

I just received this necklace for a cruise in January. I was very disappointed with the chain as it was as thin as a piece of thread and the diamond is hardly noticeable. I will be returning this item and will never order jewelry on line again because what is pictured is deceiving. At this point in time I don't know if I can find a better replacement.

Beautiful necklace for a beautiful loved one

Beautiful Necklace. Chain is thin so you gotta be careful when handling it but that is what i expected. I bought this for my grandmother and i haven't seen her that happy over a material thing in a long time.
