Received wrong item

The necklace is beautiful for an understated bridal look. Unfortunately, I received the wrong necklace in the first shipment. A very nice CSR quickly had the correct item sent out and initiated a free return shipping label for the incorrect necklace. Luckily, the correct necklace came in time for the wedding.

Gold Twist cultured pearl pendant necklace

I just received this necklace for a cruise in January. I was very disappointed with the chain as it was as thin as a piece of thread and the diamond is hardly noticeable. I will be returning this item and will never order jewelry on line again because what is pictured is deceiving. At this point in time I don't know if I can find a better replacement.

Beautiful necklace for a beautiful loved one

Beautiful Necklace. Chain is thin so you gotta be careful when handling it but that is what i expected. I bought this for my grandmother and i haven't seen her that happy over a material thing in a long time.

The chain and fastener are too small..

Sorry to say it was disappointing. I did not expect the pearl to be large or anything but the chain and fastener was so incredibly tiny that I could scarcely manipulate it! In addition, as received, the chain was knotted. It took a half hour of work to get it open and there is STILL a knot in the chain that I could not remove even after using a magnifying glass, a pin and tweezers. It made the necklace a chore, not a delight. It is being returned.
