Not as described

The pearl is smaller than what the description claims. It says 12 mm but it is hardly 11. When it comes to pearl size 1 mm is important. Otherwise the earrings are ok, but the size thin spoils all the fun:(

They are ugly

Macy said these pearls earrings are South Sea Pearl but they are not, they look like exactly freshwater pearls. They are also too small they are not 12mm. They are also ugly.

Inferior product

I just received the earrings. When I open the box, I am very disappointed to see the earrings do not match the photo on the web completely. Not only that, the two pearls do not match each other. They look so fake and cheap. It looks like Macys sent the same pair of earrings returned from a customer who wrote a review with a photo shown exactly same as the ones I received. I can’t believe Macy are selling these inferior products. Besides, Macys can’t tell me where the pearls are from and the rating of them. These are the basic information a customer would like to know. I’m going to return them.

Looks so cheap

The earrings arrived well packaged, but that’s where the good ends. I opened the box and not only did they appear to be pre-owned (someone had used sharpie to black out the price tag and a new sticker was added to the back), but the earrings absolutely did not match the photo. Not only were they misshapen from the photo depiction, but the two pearls did not even match each other. I honestly thought “there is no way these are real and a Macy’s employee actually boxed these up and sent them to me”. They received my return on May 8 and it’s now the 31st and I still haven’t received a refund for this atrocity
