Where the heck is the necklace?

This purchase said it would arrive by the 30th, now says January 7th? Really? What is going on? Shipments here from UPS, FedEx and the USPS, even during Christmas, have been very accurate. One thing was a day late, was free shipping and it still arrived by Christmas. This was not a Christmas gift but this late misses a birthday. Really not okay at all, coming only from TN to me about 6 hrs by car away (or less).

Not 10mm

This is a nice pearl but it's very small. Definitely not 10 mm, perhaps 6mm. Ok for a young girl, not for a woman. Buy it on sale but not for full price.
