Not a Brand to work with

I purchased this item because it is very cute and was perfect for a summer outing. However I bought an extra large which is my size, but it was so small I could not fit it. I bought it at Macys through mail order. I got to the store for a return a couple days after the cut off and the customer service sent a message to the vendor asking them to please contact me. I never heard a word. I called, left a message, sent a text and nothing. I paid full price and can’t do anything with it. Even if they don’t allow me to return it, at least have some customer support and common decency to respond. NEVER AGAIN!
