Zipper stuck, cannot get into the jumpsuit

I bought this for my mom n law and it’s really beautiful. She wanted to wear it on a Christmas cruise. The only problem is the zipper is stuck….she can’t get into it….she is so upset OMGG!!!

Tiny Waist

The outfit is quite lovely, however the waistband is very small. I you have a tiny waist this may be the outfit for you. I usually wear a small, I ordered a medium....The waistband was waaaay to small. Also be aware, you can not return this item to Macy's . It is sold on the Macy Marketplace. You have to take the item to the USP to return..
