Beautiful Flowy Skirt

The skirt is long and flowy and I absolutely love it. The only problem I am having is with the back (which is stretchy). It bunches up on the back (2 wavy humps) and doesn’t lay flat. I usually don’t buy skirts or dresses with that back paneling but gave it a go since the skirt is so cute. I put a belt on and it alleviated the bunching. There’s 2 separate belt loops for 2 belts to be worn at the same time (??). I put it through the top one and it looked good. Not perfect, but I still love it. I wish that back paneling was solid instead.
