THIS ITEM IS LISTED AS A SET AND I RECEIVED THE TOP ONLY!!! MACYS COULD NOT HELP ME BECAUSE IT IS FROM A THIRD PARTY SELLER. HE ALSO SAID IT SHOULD BE A SET. NOTHING HERE SAYS ITS THE TOP ONLY. I NEED ANSWERS.
