BAD experience with Macy's !

I tried to get a Return issued, but the CUPSHE website is difficult to navigate. I never received a confirmation of my order, so I have no order no. When I tried to open a new account, it wouldn't allow me to doso. When I entered my email address, and password, it said it didn't exist. I thought I was ordering from Macy 's when I come to find out I was ordering from an outside company. Cupshe took my credit card no. but won't give me any info about how to return my order.
