poorly made

I thought this dress was going be a cute and casual summer dress but the top was loose fitting and the hip area was tight. I don't have large hips but it seems like this dress was made for woman that do not have any hips what-so-ever.

Realities of Shirt Dress

This shirt dress is pretty. I get complements ;) When standing, it hangs well. The trouble I have is that when sitting it pulls tight across the thighs and rides up. I'm not particularly 'hippy' at 5'6" and 146 pounds so I was surprised that I have to be careful with sitting. I like to button it to just above the knee. A larger size might help the problem with sitting but the size I have is perfect for standing and walking.
