Very poor material

I love the dress. It's lightweight and flattering perfect for summer. I am so, so disappointed with its poor quality of material. It's ripped after second time of handwash. What a waste of money!

The neck, in the front, comes up very high. I felt the material is poor quality. Does not meet Macy's standards.
