Macy’s never delivered usps sent me a message informing that my pkg was on hold for nonpayment of postage I contacted Macys got cut off while speaking to a rep who promised to email me if we got disconnected which happened after 20 mins on hold no email until the next day and all it said was I was being refunded NO EXPLANATION
