Love this product!

I have suffered from constipation my whole life. After reading what probiotics do for your gut I decided to give it a try. What could it hurt? I was taking a daily laxative that I found out was affecting the health of my colon. So I started taking one of these each evening. I was amazed! When I wake up every morning I am finally able to have a complete bowel movement, and I feel so much better. I’ve even shared this with a friend who has also started taking these for the same reason. Plus it’s good for your gut and micro biome, and I’m not damaging my colon anymore with daily laxatives.

Good product for helping gut health. It has contributed to my health journey the past few years. I eat rather clean and on the occasions that I go for junk food I am confident I won't have issues. My only concern is once in a while I will get capsules that have separated.
