Disappointed

I have not received the item. I contacted Macys and was told to contact Dainty Home. I have contacted Dainty by phone and email and have not received a response. At this point I am extremely disappointed with Macys customer service and of course Dainty Home.

Never Received Item!

I ordered this item from the Macy's online website, not understanding it was from a 3rd party. I assumed it was from Macy's and they would be responsible. I never thought to read the small print. Well, I never received the item and have not received any updates. I contacted Macy's twice, and they have done nothing. I tried reaching out to the company twice through written form, but no response. I tried calling the company, but the phone says no connection. This is really bad business on both Macy's & this company. I know it's not a lot of money spent, but that's not the issue here, just really bad business. I'm not sure I'll be shopping with Macy's going forward!

Never received this item. I contacted Macy's customer service, I was told they put in for refund. I contacted Dainty Home and no response. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!°

Never received this order!

I have yet to see anything. The UPS tracking says it can start tracking when they receive the package. UPS: Your shipment 1ZJ74F34YW71416225 Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package. Your package will be on the move soon. I highly doubt that. I want my money back
