Joke

The quality was poor, was not what it described. Macy takes its time to refund to account. The sales representative was rude, unconcerned, did not or attempt to help. I feel that Macy’s is becoming a dime store instead of a high end store. Unfortunate for rural areas that have no Mall to go to for good house goods and clothing. Now t I can not submit my review.

Good Quality Rug

I want people to know that this rug is of outstanding quality. I did return it, but here's the. Reason why I thought I could wash it, but this thing is way to thick and big that I could not get it into my washer. If you want a good quality rug, this is it from this company
