Arrived with batteries dead

There aren’t any instructions for how to find and retrieve the battery pack, and no info on the pkg what kind of batteries it takes. Thankfully my mechanic husband was able to figure it out but if you don’t switch it off, it rinds the batteries out. Do not recommend it.

This is the second toy item I've purchased from Macys with a lithium battery that does not work. Save your money.

Daughter loves Katerina

My daughter loves it. The first one i got, it had a malfunction with its voice box so I reached out to the manufacturer but they ignored me. However, when I spoke to Macy's customer service they were aces and fixed the issue.
