Nice set, unfortunately not for me

I purchased 2 sets, but had to return both. Great quality, very nice, contemporary looking, but heavy and thick. Keeping in mind that plates are curved, I tried to fit plate in my dishwasher with no luck.

Great style!

I purchased three of the 16-piece sets. I love the style, feel, and weight of the dinnerware. It is not too heavy and appears sturdy for everyday use. I have not contacted customer service as yet, however I will be due to the reason for only four stars: Many of the pieces appear to be "seconds" in that the mugs have rippling at the lips, dinner plates have gray colored spots in the paint, and soup bowls are not consistently the same shape...they don't "nest" as expected. I will contact customer service to see if perhaps they oddball pieces can be replaced. Shipping was excellent, opened one of the three boxes and all are intact...no cracks, chips or breakage.

I love this set! I bought it because I loved the clean modern lines. It is heavy and sturdy. I matches my personality and everyone who sees it is amazed how beautiful it is. I do wish it had color accessories to mix into it, hint hint!
