Ruined after washing

Rug was ruined after washing once in cold water on gentle cycle; completely discolored. I’m past the return window and have two useless rugs

Unhappy

this rug has not held up to washing. I has been washed twice, and has come out of the machine discolored and frayed on the edges. I have air dried it. For the price, I am very dissatisfied.
